1. Web purchases
Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for Track Anything Web purchases. Paddle processes the payment, invoice, taxes, and eligible refunds.
Manage your subscription, get a refund or request help through the link in your Paddle receipt or at our customer Portal with Paddle. Paddle's current Refund Policy applies. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
2. App store purchases
Apple and Google control refunds for purchases processed through their stores; Microsoft will do so once Windows billing is available. Use the purchase history or support process of the store where you bought or subscribed to Pro. Their eligibility rules and timelines apply.
3. Effect of a refund or payment reversal
A refund or payment reversal may remove the Pro access associated with that purchase. An accidental purchase or an ordinary refund request or approved refund does not result in an account suspension. After an approved refund, new purchases are unavailable for 30 days. You can still sign in and access your data.
If you initiate a chargeback, we will automatically block your account and you will not be able to sign-in anymore and lose access to your data. This applies when our billing provider confirms the chargeback, including a pre-chargeback alert where the payment is refunded to prevent a formal chargeback. The account block is permanent, covers both Free and Pro, and remains in place even if the chargeback is later withdrawn or reversed. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Product support
If a technical issue prevents access to a completed purchase, contact florian.trippel@gmail.com with the platform used and the Paddle transaction or store order reference. Do not send full payment-card information.
